Astrology for Healers and Therapists – June 2017

Before I look at this month’s charts I must point out that the interpretation is mainly for therapists dealing with problematic situations.  That is why I seem to emphasise the problem or negative side of life rather than the positive.  Of course the charts indicate a general situation but the leaning must be for those clients or patients who are struggling in some way.

First do please note that the following is using the WESTERN FOUR ELEMENT system based in western magical and astrological understanding.  The individual therapist must make the translation to the Eastern Five Element system that is usual in Shiatsu and Acupuncture theory.  If you have forgotten the explanation about Elemental and Modal make up then do refresh your memory by looking back at the ‘Introduction to Astrology for Healers and Therapists’.

I look at the charts for the Sundays in June when the Sun is nearing the mid heaven for that day.  Obviously this is for Haye Mill, so you will have to accept the approximation for your own geographical position but the interpretation should not vary too much from this one.  It is a way of following the general trends throughout the month.  Notice there are 4 Sundays in this month once again.

The last month began with an ever improving situation.  People could truly relax.  Then a sudden change towards the end of the month meant that the last week was an emotional rollercoaster.  On to June.

The week beginning the 4th June and all is well once again. The T-Squares have disappeared and the lines of ease have strengthened.  Note Mercury seems unaspected.

The Modal scene is unchanged from last week but Air has gained a sign from Water.

The positive attitude on the chart is infectious. Even though there is challenge that might blunt any enthusiasm or rapid push the underlying trend is one of personal progress.  Here is indicated a thoughtful stance that will see through the challenging moments.

Counsellors – this week should be a doddle. Clients are there before you even raise any issue.  Just let them get on with it.

Healers – that predominance in Cardinal mode together with the Air and Fire Elements must indicate a profound move forwards in whatever therapy you undertake. You cannot sit still this week but ‘have to’ take any bull by the horns.

The week of the 11th June shows a bit of change is in the air.  Mars has moved into Cancer, Venus into Taurus and Mercury into Gemini.  Jupiter has resumed a forwards motion through the heavens and although Mars no longer challenges Saturn it does now challenge the Moon/Pluto conjunction.  Mercury and Neptune are also badly aspected.  Notice the Sun and Saturn are now at odds.  Pluto/Moon and Venus are positively aspected as are Pluto/Moon and Neptune.

The Modal scene is still unchanged from last week but Earth has gained a sign from Fire and Air lost one to Water.

The good fortune and outlook could not be sustained. That is Life.  The positive progress is just as strong but there are definite undercurrents of emotional anxiety.

Counsellors – this is a much more usual situation in that challenge can be applied and Clients assess it accordingly. A professional atmosphere prevails.

Healers – Perhaps there is a more realistic outlook that tempers last week’s optimism. It should not be regarded as a downturn but a chance to be a bit more objective.

The week beginning the 18th June brings in a hiccough. There is a temporary T-Square on the Mars formed by the rapidly moving Moon and the opposition between the Sun and Saturn is deepened as Mercury and the Sun become conjunct.  Neptune might have lost its line of ease with Pluto but has gained one with Mars and another with Venus.

The Modal scene is yet again unchanged from last week but Earth has lost a sign to Fire.

There could well be tears this week although they could just as quickly be dried and the world faced with chin up again.

Counsellors – Have the box of tissues handy but there is no need to be swayed by undue emotion. Clients are still of a mind to work and progress.

Healers – Watch out for any sudden and possible good fortune. It is likely that it is too good to be true.  Take a step back before committing to any particular action.

The week beginning 25th June and what a change in the air.  The Sun and mercury have both moved into Cancer and a strong T-Square has appeared on Jupiter the Great Benevolent.  Saturn no longer challenges the Sun or Mercury and Neptune has lost its line of ease with Venus.

Cardinal now has 7 signs to 1 Fixed and 2 Mutable whilst Water has now claimed the dominant position of 5 signs to 2 Fire, 2 Earth and 1 Air.

Rationality goes out the window and emotion comes rushing in. Individuals will need that Cancerian Carapace if they are not going to go to pieces.  Goodwill will disappear and Selfishness take its place on the surface social scene however scratch the surface and it will be obvious that lessons learnt over the last year have not been forgotten.  It is more a matter of self respect being shown to the world after all.

Counsellors – Invest in a new box of tissues! And don’t be flummoxed by those tears.  Empathy not sympathy always.

Healers – overkill of Kidney and Bladder meridians will distort the balance. Do your utmost to reroute the body’s energy.

Good Luck
